	Agenda
	This course focuses on preparing the project manager with minimal experience or a person planning to become a project manager with the necessary knowledge to practically perform project management as well as a knowledge base to pass the CAPM certification exam. The course provides a complete review of all 44 processes defined in the Project Management Institute's Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge. Quizzes, as well as individual and group exercises are incorporated into each exercise to ensure the student's mastery of each topic before moving on. A final exam is given to gauge performance and help focus the student to complete study for the CAPM credential. A separate web-based exam can be taken by the student to provide additional feedback on CAPM exam preparation.
