IT Project Management Training Seminar

IT projects are unique and this course teaches students the fundamentals and
best practices of project management methodology as applied to IT initiatives.
Learn typical pitfalls of IT projects and how to overcome them (managing the
changing client requirements is possible!). Master skills needed to deliver IT
projects on time, within budget, and to specification.
This course focuses on IT projects and everything that encompasses-hardware,
software, vendor relationships, communication mechanisms for different
