Overview: Identify the key factors and steps of successful decision making and improve negotiating strategy and decision outcomes while avoiding pitfalls.
At Course Completion: After completing this course, students will know how to: - Identify factors and steps involved in decision making, define your decisions appropriately, understand and use decision frames, and overcome overconfidence and uncertainty. - Generate options for a decision and select an option by evaluating the options. - Review your decisions and learn from their results.
