Lisa Olsen, Certified Trainer Office Dynamics
Before joining Office Dynamics as a West Coast regional trainer, Lisa was a 20-year administrative veteran and executive assistant to the president of a progressive, California-based healthcare company. There, she launched several highly successful development programs designed to boost the company's performance and productivity. She also teaches college courses on business communications and office procedures.

For more than a decade, Kathy Tosoian has been an international business speaker for Office Dynamics - and today is the primary Midwest certified trainer of learning and enrichment programs designed by Joan Burge.
