Bio For Susan Bennett - DNS, RN Susan Bennett, DNS, RN, is a professor of nursing at Indiana University School of Nursing. She began her nursing career in 1976 and worked in intensive care and coronary care units for more than 10 years. As an educator, Dr. Bennett has taught critical care nursing to undergraduate and graduate level nursing students. She has co-authored numerous journal articles and book chapters. Dr. Bennett conducts research about improving quality of life and reducing hospitalizations among patients with heart failure.
