Training providers can easily upload course catalog information to TrainUp.com. The upload process consists of these simple steps:
- Download and populate the Excel spreadsheet with course information??
- Upload the completed file using our backend tools.
- Follow the prompts to view and validate the uploaded data.
Our system validates the data and allows you to make corrections where needed. The data is added to your TrainUp.com catalog as each step is completed.
This time-saving method allows Training Providers to complete the bulk upload of their courses, events, instructors and training locations in short order. Our staff is also available to assist training providers in formatting and uploading data when the process becomes burdensome due to the volume or complexity of the data (cost dependent on complexity). Direct integration is also an option for larger organizations.
Once your data is uploaded, you are responsible for keeping that it updated as course schedules change or are modified.
