This year is proving to be one of major change to the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA). First was the extension of the FMLA to families of military personnel, followed closely by the issuance of proposed changes to the FMLA regulations. There are sure to be more changes as the year goes on. Plus, this past year was loaded with new case law developments that you have to know about to legally administer FMLA leave.
