  • Utilize tools to expedite and sustain the coaching process
  • Explore information-gathering techniques and assessments
  • Participate in a coaching simulation to gain feedback from your Master Coach and peers

Pre-work

  • Take part in an introductory interview to identify your developmental coaching needs and complete one of the program's assessment tools
  • Post-work
    Receive two-and-a-half hours of follow-up coaching with your Master Coach
  • Participate in three live distance learning sessions on specific, timely coaching topics
