UCSAE (Cisco?? Unified Communications System Administration/Engineer) Training Seminar
We have combined two Cisco Authorized Unity courses (UCSA and UCSE) into one comprehensive program designed to give the most complete coverage of the Cisco Unity software available anywhere. This intense course prepares telephone system administrators and engineers to install and manage the Cisco Unity Unified Messaging server, formerly known as the ActiveVoice Unity product. Unity is a true Unified Messaging solution that allows users to integrate their voice mail, email, and fax messages into a single message store. Users of Microsoft Outlook for email may also manage their voice mail via Microsoft Outlook with Unity's Voice Mail for Outlook (VMO) client access software. Utilizing text-to-speech technology, users may listen to their emails over the phone with the Unity system. Faxes may be forwarded from the Inbox to an external fax machine. Why take UCSAE from Global Knowledge?
We offer a unique, real-world UCSAE lab environment that teaches you how to build and test a Unified Messaging deployment and configure and troubleshoot a Unity Server. We have set ourselves apart from other Cisco training providers by enhancing our UCSE hands-on labs to include a complete installation of the product using the latest software. Every pod has both a Unity and a CallManager server so you can completely configure a Unity integration. Each pod is in its own domain and messaging between the domains will be configured, allowing SMTP networking and Internet subscribers to be deployed. All of our labs have a PSTN simulation so you will have both internal and external phones within your pod. No other training company offers a unique, real-world lab solution like ours. Our Unity labs use the latest hardware and software:
Windows 2003 Exchange 2003 Unity 4.1.1
All of our IP telephony courses provide a simulated PSTN.
Every pod has internal and external phones
