The art and science of discovering users security needs and designing and making, with economy and elegance, (information) systems so that they can safely resist the forces to which they may be subjected. The ISSEP complements the CISSP by comprehensively addressing the following areas: Systems Security Engineering Certification and Accreditation Technical Management U.S. Government Information Assurance Regulations The ISSEP certification is a governed by the International Information Systems Security Certifications Consortium (ISC)?? and has gained importance as a key component in the selection process for management-level information security positions. By attending our ISSEP Training Camp, each ISSEP candidate will be able to understand the key concepts and requirements within the ISSEP common body of knowledge. Given various scenarios and business models, the ISSEP candidate will be able to demonstrate his or her knowledge of the standards and regulations pertaining to systems engineering, certification and accreditation, information assurance, and technical management.
