GroupWise Administration teaches students to install, implement, and administer a GroupWise 6.x messaging and collaboration system for internal and external communication.

Who Should Attend:
Novell certification and product knowledge training gives participants the foundational knowledge they need to install, support and maintain the product in a live environment. While the prior experience required varies from course to course, this type of training is geared toward participants interested in a product introduction, including its capabilities and functionality, along with guidance from a certified instructor as they learn new skills.

At Course Completion:
After completing this course, you'll have the skills to - Plan, install, and administer a GroupWise single domain/single post office system. - Perform administration and maintenance tasks. - Provide messaging and collaboration services through the Internet using GroupWise Internet Agent (GWIA). - Expand the GroupWise system by adding additional post offices and domains. - Maintain an expanded system. - Provide messaging and collaboration services using WebAccess and wireless access. - Install and enable Instant Messaging.
