The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt to Black Belt upgrade provides existing Green Belts with new problem solving approaches and project leadership skills. The course requires completion of a Black Belt project, which gives students the chance to demonstrate their skills as a Black Belt in a supportive, learning environment.

BMG's upgrade path consists of three week-long classes, approximately a month apart to provide time for students to work on their projects. During the program, participants will learn:

- How to apply advanced Lean Six Sigma tools, including measurement system analysis, hypothesis testing, regression and correlation, DOE, control charts and more.

- How to define, scope and lead Lean Six SIgma projects for maximum ROI.

- How to select the right combination of Lean Six Sigma tools to achieve strategic business results.
