About Your Speaker:
Edie Goldberg, the founder of E. L. Goldberg & Associates, has specialized in talent management and organization effectiveness for over 20 years. She focuses her practice on designing HR systems to attract, engage, develop and retain employees. Goldberg, who previously lead a company-wide initiative that resulted in groundbreaking research on employee perceptions regarding what attracts and retains them at Towers Perrin, earned her Ph.D. in industrial and organizational psychology from the University of Albany, State University of New York. She is a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology and the American Psychological Association, Human Resources Planning Society, and is the founder of the Bay Area Applied Psychologists. She currently sits on the board of the HR Strategy Forum, the California affiliate for the Human Resource Planning Society.
