The TrainUp.com Charter Partners Program allows selected training providers to enjoy early access to development versions of the TrainUp.com site and provide feedback to assist us in refining the site to best meet provider needs. Through our Partners' input, we can gain a better understanding of their course registration and management challenges and their marketing objectives. In return, Partners enjoy free and discounted advertising opportunities and a chance to help shape our product. It's a great opportunity for progressive training providers who are willing to work hand-in-hand with us to finalize this exciting new resource.
Program Benefits
- Four months of free service - Listing/registration fees will be waived for Charter Partners for the first four months after launch.
- Free search and e-marketing advertising - For every ad purchased for the first month after launch, Partners receive an additional month at no cost.
- Priority ad purchasing - For six months after launch, Charter Partners have three days to purchase monthly ads before the opportunity is opened to all training providers.
- Early access to management tools and resources - Partners receive periodic development versions of TrainUp.com and guidance on usage, stability, etc.
- Feedback ??? Partner feedback to TrainUp.com will assist us in developing a product that addresses their specific needs.
- Future partnership opportunities. After six months, Charter Providers will have the opportunity to extend their partnership for additional benefits.
Getting Started
- Complete the TrainUp.com Charter Partners Program Membership Agreement
Once we receive your completed Agreement, a TrainUp.com staff member will contact you to instruct you on using our tools to upload your course information.
Upload your course catalog dates, instructors, locations, etc. through our tools.
- The upload process can be completed through either of the following methods:
- Training providers with a limited number of courses can quickly add their courses using our robust management tools.
- Training providers with a large number of courses can provide their data in a specified excel format. Then using the upload tools providers can have their courses listed in no time.
- Provide online feedback throughout the catalog upload process.
Anytime during the upload process, you may contact your TrainUp.com representative for assistance with the process. Once complete, we ask that you complete a brief, online survey, providing us with feedback on the upload process, site content, and design.
Enrollment Period
TrainUp.com's Charter Partners Program is being offered to only a select group of training providers and we will accept Member Agreements for a limited period.
