Plan Now To Be Tomorrow's Best Place To Work: Margaret Morford's 10 Year Forecast Training Seminar
What does it take to get on Fortune's 100 Best Companies to Work For? For starters, you and your HR department need to gauge the radical changes taking place in your workforce... - In just one generation, ethnic and racial minorities may become the majority in the U.S., according to new Census Bureau projections. Non-Hispanic whites are expected to grow less than 2% -- a shift in population from 66% to 46%.
- The middle class is shrinking, and the number of single-head family households is growing.
- And by 2014 -- just three years from now -- those fresh-faced "Generation Y" employees will make up 36% of America's workforce. By 2020, that population is expected to grow to 46%.
Given the seismic shifts expected in tomorrow's workforce, are you taking steps today to prepare? Learn how to modify your current HR policies for the future when you participate in the all-new audio conference, Plan Now to Be Tomorrow's Best Place to Work: Margaret Morford's 10 Year Forecast.
