Introducing ... the all NEW supervisor training program "Preventing Sexual Harassment"
Sexual harassment law is constantly changing, and the courts keep lowering the bar on what constitutes harassment.
The result: Companies have more reason than ever to fear that a
supervisor or manager will say or do something -- intentionally or
unintentionally -- to provoke a lawsuit.
That's why we're proud to introduce "Preventing Sexual Harassment"
- an all new multi-media tool to help you train and educate your entire
team.
THE PROGRAM INCLUDES:
A comprehensive reference guide ... Covers the ten most common supervisor slip-ups that lead to sexual harassment lawsuits.
An audio CD program ...
The 60-minute CD of "Avoiding Sexual Harassment: What Supervisors Need
to Know" featuring employment law expert Steve Teplinsky, Esq.
A PowerPoint ... An information-packed PowerPoint presentation that accompanies the audio program ... perfect for team training sessions.
Sample Policies ...
Covering both Sexual Harassment and Dating/Fraternization. Both
policies come as MS Word documents so you can easily customize them to
meet your organization's specific needs.
Social Relationship Forms ... For both Managers and Non-managers. These also come as MS Word documents for easy customization.
MORE DETAILS:
Sexual harassment claims hit companies of every size and every
industry ??? even those that say "it could never happen here." In many
cases, managers claim they were unaware that their behavior was
considered harassment. In many more cases, the company claims they had
no knowledge that a problem existed.
The courts say, "Too bad." An organization is responsible for the
conduct of its managers and should be taking steps to build and
maintain an environment free from sexual harassment risk.
Bottom line: Training your managers is one of the most effective
ways to keep your organization out of court. A few simple proactive
steps can go a long way toward preventing a lawsuit.
This training program will give your supervisors and managers the
facts they need to avoid situations that can result in sexual
harassment complaints and ways to deal with the situation should it
arise.
