Costlow has extensive experience with benefits administration and design, self funding arrangements, cafeteria plans, Section 125 plans, executive benefits, retirement, human resource policy and procedures, legal compliance and wellness programs. Additional experience includes market analysis, job descriptions, employee handbooks and HR policies and procedures. Costlow's energetic training style engages participants' involvement in all of her training facilitations.
