Course Description
CCNAX merges the complete ICND1 and ICND2 content into a single fast-paced course. This course teaches learners how to install, operate, configure, and verify basic IPv4 and IPv6 networking, including configuring a LAN switch, configuring a router, identifying basic security threats, understanding redundant topologies, troubleshooting common network issues, connecting to a WAN, configuring EIGRP and OSPF for both IPv4 and IPv6, understanding Wide Area Network technologies, and getting familiar with device management and Cisco licensing.
The focus of this class is to give students the knowledge to effectively use Cisco gear in the work environment. The added benefit is students are more prepared to take the exam.
