Course Description
A must attend course for managers and Supervisors
As a manager, youre in charge of employees and their leave. If you dont have a clear understanding of the law, youre at risk for a legal nightmare.
As a manager, you face tremendous responsibilities every day. And one of the most important is properly managing employee leave and absenteeism. In fact, how you handle leave and absenteeism can directly impact employees lives and the success of your organization. Knowing that, you cant afford to wing it when it comes to employees and leave.
Get the latest information about employee leave and absenteeism.
When one of your employees is on leave or absent, you have enough to worry about without digging through and interpreting a bunch of HR laws. This quick one-hour Web Conference makes it easy to get the latest information you need in plain English so you can focus on getting the work done during an employee absence.
When you enroll, youll get up-to-the-minute information on legal hot spots such as FMLA and ADA. Youll learn when and how you can challenge questionable leave. And youll find out what you can AND cant do when an employee is gone. Youll also learn how to create and implement an effective return-to-work program (and why its essential that you have one).
Dont make a mistake that can land you in court!
