Six Sigma teams may be tempted to consider their work done once they have improved their processes during the Improve phase. However, in the Control phase of the Six Sigma?? process improvement system, teams go further and verify that improved processes continue to perform at the improved levels. This course will present control charts, which are used to determine with statistical precision the extent to which improved processes maintain improvement level performance with minimum variation and are, thus, under control.
