About the Speaker

Mike DeGiorgi is co-founder of the Alliance Education Group, a leadership-and management-training consultancy near Washington, D.C. Mike is a much sought-after instructor, consultant and coach, who brings a blend of experience, humor and intensity to his management development workshops, which are highly praised for their focus on "real life" issues and skills.

Prior to starting AEG, Mike led Ernst & Young's management training programs for E&Y clients. He has a BS degree in Social Work from George Mason University and an MA in Human Resource Development from Marymount College of Virginia.
