Visual Basic .NET allows for a similar development approach when creating Web-based applications as when creating Windows applications. There are, however, some significant differences which will be explored in this project. You will gain insight into the use of user controls and server controls as you develop a Web-based application, while at the same time learn how variable scope, lifetime, and access levels are implemented in VB.NET.
