This course provides a comprehensive overview of the Missouri Workers' Compensation Act, administrative procedure, notice requirements, average weekly wage computation and caps, scheduled and unscheduled injuries, medical compensation, and penalties for noncompliance.
It covers some of the more specifically litigated issues in Missouri Workers' Compensation law such as occupational diseases and repetitive-use injuries, heart conditions, preexisting conditions, burdens of proof, and statutory defenses. Learning Objectives

An exam is included in the Minnesota Workers' Compensation Series. It consists of 50 questions with a 90 minute time period. You must first take the Minnesota Workers' Compensation Series training modules before taking this exam. You will have one attempt to pass this exam with a passing score of 75% or higher.
