This module provides a more in-depth treatment of selected issues. Labor market attachment, fraud, expedited hearing process and caps on permanent partial disability benefits are discussed.

This live or recorded Webinar provides up-to-the-minute information on new New York court cases, New York administrative decisions and legislative changes.
One exam is included in the New York Workers' Compensation Series. It consists of 50 questions with a 90 minute time period. You must first take the New York Workers' Compensation Series training modules before taking this exam. You will have one attempt to pass this exam. You will have one attempt to pass this exam with a passing score of 70% or higher. (Additional exams are $50.)
