With her background spanning both the UK and USA, Claire has a lot to draw from. As Training Coordinator and Customer Support Agent for TrainUp.com, she has firsthand experience working with individuals from all backgrounds, looking to make career changes, and sharpen their business or IT skills. Claire works to connect people with the education they need to meet their goals. As well as working with instructors to prepare private training events. Executing event logistics while also balancing the needs of a wide customer base, along with her writing, has landed her as ‘Jane of all Trades’. Working with various personalities in a diverse work environment builds experience, a good sense of humor, and keeps her on her toes.
