Today's mobile workforce is growing at an explosive rate. In fact, worldwide mobile workers will surpass 1 billion by 2011.
On any given day, more than half a company’s workforce can be mobile. Meetings that used to be conducted in-person are now handled virtually and travel budgets continue to rise as more business is conducted globally and employees reside remotely.
Sure, the benefits are significant in terms of productivity, efficiency and effectiveness. But without a strategic mobile workforce strategy, employee mobility can cost big bucks. Your organization may face increased attrition, lower profits, and even legal liabilities.
