Course Description
Policies, records, and processes are the backbone of an efficient and legally-compliant HR department, but documents can be an employer’s best defense - or worst enemy - in a legal situation. For instance, files that are never reviewed or are disorganized will at some point come to haunt an employer.
To make matters worse, policies and laws change quickly so, as a best practice, HR professionals need to do annual reviews of their processes, policies, practices, and files.
This is especially true if you are new to, or are taking over an HR department, for a review can give you an idea of how to prioritize needs and build action plans.
