Course Description
Apple Management & Deployment is a two-day course for users who support Macintosh OS X or iOS mobile devices. Students will learn how to deploy and new Macs and iOS-based devices and keep them managed and under control. Students will learn how to use different methods for creating and deploying application installer packaged, files, Configuration Profiles, supporting large numbers of devices, and how to set up and maintain a Mac server for overseeing the whole process. Instructors will also demonstrate and discuss other apps for assisting in day-to-day IT tasks.
Who Should Attend
Apple Management & Deployment is designed for IT professionals, managers
and system administrators who use Macs, iPads or iPhones on a daily basis in their professional environment or who implement and maintain OS X- and iOS- based devices in their organizations.
Prerequisites
Students who attend Apple Management & Deployment should have a basic
working knowledge of the Mac. An iPad will be provided to the student for the duration of the class. Please note that for on-site assignments, iPads can be provided at an additional cost.

Cancelling an Open Enrollment Registration
Cancellation policy:
If notice is given 15 or more calendar days before the start of a class, the student may receive a full refund less a $100 administrative fee. If notice is given less than 15 calendar days no rescheduling or efunds are permitted.
Rescheduling Policy
If notice Is given 15 or more calendar days before the start of the class a student may reschedule . A student can reschedule a class up to two (2) times. Additional reschedules will not be allowed.
No Shows if a student does not attend a scheduled session, there will be no refund or rescheduling permitted. Payment is forfeited. FMC reserves the right to cancel classes with insufficient enrollment or in other circumstances. FMC will endeavor to give as much advance notice as possible of any change to the schedule. FMC shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential loss arising whatsoever.
