This course is aimed at anyone looking to gain entry into the IT field as an IT Help Desk Support Technician. Support Technicians are the backbone of any IT department. They ensure the smooth running of the IT within a company or organisation and offer guidance to anyone needing assistance. As a result, technical support is one of the most abundant jobs available within the IT industry. Demand for Support Technicians has been growing since 2004.

5. Microsoft 70-341: Core Solutions of Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 (MCSE: 1 of 2 exams)
6. Microsoft 70-342: Advanced Solutions of Microsoft Exchange Server 2013 (MCSE: 2 of 2 exams)

Please note in order to gain an MCSE certification you must complete number 3 and 4 on the list (70-346 and 346) first, then progress onto number 5 and 6 (70-341 and 342).
