Seminar Overview

Available in both virtual and in-person, instructor-led formats, the foremost goal of this two-day Arc Flash Electrical Safety NFPA 70E® course is to keep workers safe while working on or around electrically energized equipment. The course is structured to help companies fulfill requirements set forth in OSHA 29 CFR Part 1910, Subpart S Electrical and NFPA 70E® “Standard for Electrical Safety in the Workplace,” which requires this type of instructor-led training for anyone working with electrically energized equipment.  As of September 2020, this seminar includes the changes in the 2021 version of 70E®.

Overall, this program is designed to reduce liability for the employer while establishing a culture of safe work practices among employees; it is a key component of any electrical training program.

What is Virtual Instructor-led Training (VILT)?

Virtual training is a cost- and time-efficient way to deliver NFPA 70e training to your employees. TPC Training offers virtual instructor-led training where workers acquire the skills needed to protect against arc flash incidents, all under the guidance of instructors with years of education and industry training. Live face-to-face student/instructor interactions, group discussions, and the latest in virtual teaching tools ensure your workers end their arc flash training with the information and skill set needed to comply with NFPA 70e standards, without the costs and health risks associated with attending physical classrooms.

Arc flash training online allows workers to access course work from home or the workplace. All workers need is a computer, webcam, microphone, and internet connection to receive industry-leading training.
