Course Description
Strategic Equity, Diversity and Inclusion for Leaders is designed to help leaders build inclusive, high-performing teams by understanding and valuing the unique perspectives that every individual brings to the workplace. This course explores key concepts of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, while equipping leaders with the tools to recognize bias, foster psychological safety, and create environments.
This course will help leaders understand how to make all employees feel respected and empowered to contribute.
