This session will provide practical strategies to help you shift your mindset,
define your leadership style, and take control of your new role with clarity
and confidence.
Session 2 - Delegating Tasks
Effective delegation is not just about offloading work; it's about empowering
your team, fostering their growth, and ensuring that tasks are handled
efficiently and effectively. This session will explore strategies to delegate
tasks precisely while maintaining accountability and support. You’ll learn how
to identify the right tasks to delegate based on your team's strengths, communicate
expectations clearly, and avoid micromanaging while still ensuring
accountability. We’ll also cover providing the appropriate level of guidance

The Leadership Insight Office Hour
is an optional session for new supervisors and managers seeking guidance on
leadership challenges. It offers the opportunity to bring your questions,
discuss current issues, and receive practical, actionable solutions. You'll
also collaborate with peers, brainstorming innovative strategies to enhance
your leadership skills and drive team success.

Rescheduling and Cancellations
If you need to reschedule or cancel your registration, please refer to the following policy:
• Rescheduling and Cancellations with Prior Notice: If you cancel at least fifteen (15) business days before the course begins, you will receive full credit for another session.
• Last-Minute Cancellations: Cancellations made fewer than fourteen (14) business days before the course starts will receive a 50% partial credit for a future session.
• No Shows: Participants who fail to attend without prior notice will not receive credit for future sessions, nor will a refund be issued.
• Substitution Option: If you cannot attend, you may substitute another person from your organization. Please notify us by email at least fifteen (15) business days before the course start date.
