Anger that is not dealt with turns to Resentment; Resentment that is not dealt with turns to Revenge. The ANGER-RESENTMENT-REVENGE cycle must be broken to decrease the amount of anger related problems in our schools, corporations and communities.
Individuals who understand anger become more productive. They have specific skills for working with their own anger and the anger of others. They become more productive. If we are to live in safe communities, we must teach our adults and our children to work positively with anger.
