Developing Your Critical Thinking and Cognitive Flexibility

It often seems like the whole world is on information overload. Each day, we encounter massive amounts of new false, or dubious information, alongside a steady stream of data that may, or may not, be relevant to our needs. As a leader, your critical thinking skills are essential for deciding what is important and making the best decisions for your organization. This course will help you improve your critical thinking skills. You'll learn about the intake, investigate, and act stages of critical thinking, as well as how to use analytical techniques to assess information. Finally, you'll learn the advantages of keeping an open mind through cognitive flexibility.

Six Sigma Design of Experiments
1.07 Hours

In the Improve stage of Lean or Lean Six Sigma DMAIC, teams design and conduct experiments to investigate the relationships between input variables and response variables. By controlling and changing the input variables, and observing the effects on the response variables., the Six Sigma team gains a deeper understanding of the relationships and begins business process improvement. In this course, you'll explore the Design of Experiments (DOE) methodology. You’ll learn how to interpret the results of the main effect analysis and interaction plots, and use this to drive process improvement, process control, and process design. This course is aligned with ASQ’s 2015 Six Sigma Green Belt Body of Knowledge.

Product Management: Design and Run Experiments for Product Managers
